Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield starrer upcoming film ‘We Live in Time’s trailer is finally out now. On 10th July the makers gave us the glimpse of the first trailer for the A24 romantic comedy-drama which. Needless to say, the fans wait is finally over now since details of the film have been kept under wraps throughout production. The official synopsis of the film revealed that the love story between Pugh and Garfield’s characters named Almut and Tobias who is told to be through “snapshots of their life together — falling for each other, building a home, becoming a family.” Let’s check out the details of the trailer.

The couple’s journey begins after they accidentally meet Almut accidentally hits Tobias with her car, to professional hurdles. With the deverstaring health struggles the couple grow feelings for each other.

The complete synopsis of the movie noted, “Almut (Florence Pugh) and Tobias (Andrew Garfield) are brought together in a surprise encounter that changes their lives. Through snapshots of their life together — falling for each other, building a home, becoming a family — a difficult truth is revealed that rocks its foundation. As they embark on a path challenged by the limits of time, they learn to cherish each moment of the unconventional route their love story has taken, in filmmaker John Crowley’s decade-spanning, deeply moving romance.”
Pugh also shared the poster on her Instagram of the movie with a short note ahead of the trailer release. “Making this movie was such an unbelievably beautiful experience,” the caption of the pic reads. “I’m thrilled and proud to say that it’s nearly here for all of you to watch soon. In the meantime, here’s some pretty breadcrumbs ;).”
Directed by Brooklyn’s John Crowley British playwright and screenwriter Nick Payne serves as the scriptwriter of the movie.
Previously in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Florence said of the film, “That one, we just had the most beautiful time making it — we made a real story about real people and I got to work with the most unbelievable actor that I feel so honored to be in his presence and shout lines back to him.”
The Little Women continues, “I’m just still in love with the process of making the movie, so I hope the people appreciate watching it.”
We Live in Time is all set to release in Oct. 11.
