Sibling musical duo Sharib-Toshi has joined forces with renowned U.S.-based Pakistani artist Hashim Ahmedani. On Aug. 30, 2024, the trio is first coming together for the new sufi-inspired song “Salle Alla.” Produced by Ahmedani’s production house, this cross-border collaboration is the first time partnership of the sibling duo who have been a part of the music industry in India for more than 15 years.
Sharib-Toshib has given the listeners numerous hit songs like ‘Emotional Fool’ from Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, ‘Sharabi’ from Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, ‘Pyaar Ki’ from Housefull 3, and Maahi, Maahi (Rock With Me) from Raaz – The Mystery Continues. Sharib-Toshi shared their excitement about the song in a joint statement. The duo said, “Daring to try something different from the crowd, especially in the music industry, takes immense courage. We have always wanted to make the Sufi genre popular among the current generation, which is a huge challenge and requires faith in oneself. When we heard the idea from producer Hashim and composer Alex, we were instantly on board.”
The song “Salle Alla” thrives to unite people through the magic of soothing Sufi music.
The brothers noted, “We’re excited about working together more and allowing music to bridge cultural divides.”
On the other hand, a press release of the song also details some major factors.
It added, “The Sufi single ‘Salle Alla’ is a special cross-country collaboration that depicts a deep expression of divine union and love. The lyrics of the kalam express the soul’s quest for a connection with the divine, transcending worldly concerns.”

Georgian artist Nino Chikviladze, tabla artist Joshua Amjad, harmonium artist Simon, and guitarist Musa also joined the team to the enchanting tune.
