Ariana Grande is maybe not into cosmetic procedures but she did it like once. The “7 Rings” singer is candid in confirming the cosmetic procedure she did before revealing that the reality is much tamer than rumors have been implemented over the years. On September 30, in Vanity Fair’s lie detector test series Grande was accompanied by her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo where she was asked a series of questions including the procedures she has opted for. Let’s check out what the Grammy winner has said about her surgical history.
Ariana Grande said she had fillers and botox
The ‘Positions’ singer admitted to “had fillers in various places, and Botox”, however, she “stopped like four years ago. And that is the extent.” Which turned out to be true according to the test administrator.
Later on, the questions led to a series of rapid-fire questions asked by Cynthia to get some more details about Ariana’s surgical history.
As she asked, “Nose?, she replied “No.” Followed up by “Boob job? Facelift?” both of which she responded “No, can you imagine?” and “No, not yet. I’m open.”
Moreover, she has also asked if she’d gotten a fox eye lift, the answer of which is no as well. Ariana also stated she didn’t even know about the procedure until people started speculating she’d gotten one. Later on, she was also asked about whether she’d received a chin implant, to which she was surprised and asked “How do they do that?”
However, when Cynthia asked her costar if she’s received a BBL aka a Brazilian butt lift to which 31-year-old jokingly said, “Yes.” which turned out to be a lie.
After the entire exchange, Ariana seems quite grateful as there’s been so much scrutiny over her looks in recent years.
The Victorious alum added, “Thank goodness. This is the best day of my life. Take that you YouTube people.”
“In full support of all people who do these things,” the singer continues. “Whatever makes women, men, non-gender conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed.”
Previously in a video for Vogue in September 2023 she explained that she stopped using Botox in 2018 cause as it just “felt like hiding.”
She later on tearfully explained, “Didn’t expect to get emotional. For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me. And now I feel like maybe it’s not.”
