Emergency is all set to grace the big screen on January 17th 2025

Unveiling the poster of the movie director, producer, writer, and leading lady Kangana Ranaut shared her excitement on Instagram.

She captioned the post, “17th January 2025 – The epic saga of the nation’s most powerful woman and the moment that altered India’s destiny. #Emergency – Unveils Only in cinemas on 17.01.2025 (sic)!”

Finding a release date isn’t quite an easy job for the movie’s makers since it faced a huge controversy ahead of the release.

People will keep scaring us because we get scared so easily. How much will we keep getting scared? I’ve made this film with a lot of self-respect which is why the CBFC can’t point out any contention.”

Backed by Zee Studios, Manikarnika Films, and Renu Pitti, the movie also features notable actors like Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Anupam Kher, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik.
