It’s all over between ‘Love is Blind’s Danielle Ruhl and Nick Thompson after a year of marriage. According to the sources Danielle Ruhl has filed for divorce. It means there are no couples from season two of this Netflix’s famous reality show.
Danielle Ruhl filed for divorce
Ruhl decided to end their more than one year of marriage. According to the sources of E-news, on August 15, Ruhl submitted the documents of divorce to the Chicago court. It’s really shocking for their fans to see their beautiful relationship end this way. The reason behind their separation isn’t revealed yet.
The couple tied the knot in June of the previous year
In episode one of the second seasons of ‘Love is Blind’ the couple got engaged in front of everyone. They become the first couple to get married in the show. Later on, in June 2021, they married in front of their friends and family. They seemed to be head over heels for each other. Therefore, they became favourites of all for their sweet and loving relationship. Their wedding was also broadcast in the final season.
Even on their first marriage anniversary, Nick posted a heartfelt note for his wife on Instagram, writing,”…….While it’s tough getting married under those circumstances, here we are a year later putting in the work to get to know each other and learn how to be partners for one another. However, besides having a strong relationship it’s really shocking to see their broken marriage.
What is even more shocking is that one of the other married pairs Iyanna McNeely and Jarrette Jones, in a joint statement, confirmed to part their ways as well.
