Blinks defend Blackpink by saying the similarities coincidence
Blinks, the fandom of Blackpink, defends the girl group as they say the similarities are nothing but a coincidence. Therefore, they pointed out the difference between “interpolation” and obvious “plagiarism”. The song is the case of “interpolation”, which means when something of a different character is inserted into something else. According to them, they didn’t directly copy the songs, rather they used them similarly. They only give tribute to the songs.
Blinks believed if the accusations are true then the group would face lawsuits by now.
