Blinks are over the moon right now as Blackpink released the teaser of the upcoming single ‘Shut Down on 13th sep. The girl group’s agency YG Entertainment released the MV teaser on BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel. This song will be the second song on their new album ‘Born Pink’. Without any doubt, the teaser looks amazing!
‘Shut Down’ will release this Friday
K-pop sensation BLACKPINK is all set to release their new song ‘Shut Down’ this Friday, 16th Sep. It is their second released song from the ‘Born Pink’ album after the song ‘Pink Venom’. This is the comeback of the girl group after two years of hiatus. However, their new song ‘Pink Venom’ received mixed reviews from the critics and audience. Their next song ‘Shut Down’ has more expectations. We got to know this Friday whether this song can impress the audience or not!
Details of the ‘Shut Down’ song teaser
The teaser consists of four members Lisa, Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé. The latter three were shown prominently. The BGM of the MV is totally different from other BLACKPINK songs. So it literally hooks you on. We can see Rosé singing the line ‘Keep watching me shut you down. It seems like this line would be the hookup line of the MV Shut Down.
Before this YG also released the teaser poster(https://www.instagram.com/p/CiXuZO5JuDS/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=) of the individual members before. They were seen in leather jackets and shorts which were different from their glamorous look. Moreover, the girls look cool in their outfits.
At MTV Video Music Awards 2022 they became the first Korean girl group to perform at the event. They perform the new song ‘Pink Venom’. Moreover, their performance impressed all present at the event.
The MV is all set to release on 16th September so Blinks have to hold their excitement till then!
