Francia Raísa and Selena Gomez have been friends for decades. In 2017 Raísa famously donated her one kidney to Gomez who is suffering from lupus. The Latin actress even unfollowed Gomez from her Instagram account.

Selena Gomez said sorry for not mentioning ‘every person’ she knows
On November 6, Selena commented, “Sorry I didn’t mention every person I know”, on Francia being absent from her recent My Mind & Me documentary.
Talking with Rolling Stone Selena said,” I never fit in with a cool group of girls that were celebrities. My only friend in the industry really is Taylor”. Her comment started the criticism.
News has started speculating after Francia donated her kidney she isn’t in good terms with the Only Murders in the Building alum. However, they previously shared a strong bond which justified Raísa’s big sacrifice.
In 2017, after undergoing the surgery, the singer wrote on social media,”She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me. I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis.”
In response the How I Met Your Father alum wrote,”I am beyond grateful that God would trust me with something that not only saved a life, but changed mine in the process. This was part of our story, and we will share it soon, but what is important now is that this is not the only story.”
