Kim Kardashian has a reason for having a dress code for her employees. On December 26, the reality star during an interview on Angie Martinez’s IRL podcast talked about the cause. Kardashian was famous for her amazing fashion sense and this extends to her employees as well.
Kim Kardashian said there is not a lot of color-blocking in the uniform of her employees
On December 26, the 42-year-old talked about this during an interview on Angie Martinez’s IRL podcast. The SKIMS founder revealed, “Absolutely. I have uniforms. It’s not like, ‘Hey, this is your uniform. It’s just color palettes.”
The Kardashians alum also said she gave her employees a handbook that they can wear,” grays, heather gray, black, navy, white, cream, khaki” but pointed out that there’s very little color-blocking.
She explained, “My house is so Zen. So I asked how everyone felt about it and everyone actually said, ‘That would make our life so easy. And once everyone was on board and thought it would be easier for them, I was like let’s do this.”
Previously, after introducing a home collection under her SKKN by Kim line, she revealed the reason for choosing concrete sculptures and various shades of stone.
In September, Kardashian told Architectural Digest “I find that there is so much chaos out in the world that when I come home, the minimalist design creates a sense of quiet and calm. I’ve let my kids decorate their own rooms they can go wild with whatever colors they want but in the main part of the house, I really like the calmness minimalism brings.”
Later on, she added, “For these new home accessories, I wanted to make sure they really complemented the skin-care line and were designed to display my products and elevate any home with modern, minimalistic elegance.”
