The Kardashian family is all set to keeping up with a new member ! Kourtney Kardashian announced via her social media account that she is expecting her first child with husband Travis Barker. Kourtney who is already a mum to three kids Mason Disick, 13; Penelope Disick, 10; and Reign Disick, 8 whom she shares with ex Scott Disick will be a mother for the fourth time. Kardashian and Barker tied the knot last year in a lavish ceremony in Italy and Las Vegas. Kourtney’s grandma Mary Jo “MJ” Campbell and Travis’s dad Randy Barker serve as witnesses.
Kourtney announced the good news at Barkery the Blink-182 concert
On June 16, the 44-year-old announced the news by posting a video of her holding a banner that reads, “Travis I’m Pregnant.” Later on, she kissed her husband in the video celebrating the news. Needless to say, the news will bring a great bundle of joy in the Kardashian and Barker family.
Moreover, like his wife Travis is also already a parent of three kids Landon Barker, 19, and Alabama Barker, 17, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler and also stepdad to Atiana De La Hoya, 24.
The news just came after a month when the reality star announced on the 25th episode of their popular reality show ‘The Kardashians’ that she and her husband had turned to IVF to try to have a child together.
She said, “We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”
Moreover, she also shared how the challenge of IVF affected her. Kardashian explained, “It really took a toll on my health and mentally. The hormones. The medication. You have to get put to sleep every time. I know it’s for so many people but it’s just not for me.”
Finally, the dark days are over with the arrival of the little one.
