Kylie Jenner is opening up about the misconceptions of her plastic surgery. During the Thursday episode of The Kardashians Jenner got candid about her childhood insecurities. Let’s find out what she said.
Kylie Jenner said she is in a better place now
The 26-year-old said during a glam session with elder sisters Kourtney and Khole Kardashian she’s been seeing “so many young girls on the internet now fulling editing” their photos because of the pressure of society’s beauty standard.
The Kylie Cosmetics mogul admitted, “I went through that stage too and I feel like I’m in a better place, but other people can still instill insecurities in you.”
She also shared her past experiences of when her sisters called her “Dopey” from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
“I received it as everyone’s making fun of my ears,” Jenner shared. “That f–ked me up. I never thought about my ears, and then for like five years, I never wore an updo.”
However, she has started to loving her ears as her and Travis Scott’s daughter Stormi get the same feature from her.
“I had Stormi and she has my ears, and it made me realize how much I love them,” she said. “Now, I wear an updo every carpet.”
Moreover, she shared to be”the most confident kid in the room” growing up.
“One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was like this insecure child, and I got so much surgery to change my whole face—which is false,”she said. “I’ve only gotten fillers.”
Later on, she continued, “I don’t want that to be a part of my story.”
“I’ve always loved myself, I still love myself,” Kylie revealed, “I’ll always want everyone to love themselves.”
