The trolls aren’t leaving Cheyenne Floyd alone even at her house. Teen Mom: The Next Chapter alum Floyd revealed how the angry fans of the show are showing up at her house. In a recent interview with the E! News, the reality star revealed her situation is very worse.
Cheyenne Floyd said all appropriate reactions “makes it really tough”
The 30-year-old revealed, “I’ve had people show up to my house mad about things. I’ve had letters. I’ve had people calling my daughter’s school.”
Moreover, she also shared how the all-appropriate comments” makes it really tough” for her.
She continues, “There’s so much more love than hate. who will message me like, ‘I heard what you said. And I just want you to know I see you.’ Or, ‘I have a biracial child and I didn’t know how to have that conversation. So thanks for having it so now I know how to have it with my child.’ And it makes it worth it.”
Later on, she said, “I feel like we can do anything and someone will always have an opinion and I just have to remember that and just stick to who I am.”
Floyd also opened up about her excitement to be a part of shows like Are You the One? and The Challenge. She has “just been given an opportunity to be on a platform that has such a broad audience. And when I decided to join Teen Mom, my parents sat me down, and were like, ‘Take advantage of this opportunity. Don’t waste it. Show us in a positive light. Show how beautiful Black families can be, and talk about it.'”
Moreover, the mother of 6-year-old Ryder and 2-year-old son Ace also noted that she would address racial injustice moments during the last season.
“I walk into a room, I find the exits, I see where my escape route is because I can see who’s around me,” she said to her dad.”But, once again, the other girls, you don’t notice it because you don’t even have to look for it.”
