After collaborating with successful films like De De Pyaar De, Drishyam, and Bholaa Ajay Devgn and Tabu are reuniting for Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha.The film which is said to be a romantic thriller is directed by Neeraj Pandey. Pandey is notable for his thriller films like A Wednesday, Special 26, Baby, and the biographical venture MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Apart from Ajay Devgn and Tabu prominent actors like Jimmy Shergill and Saiee Majrekar will be also seen in pivotal roles. Amidst the buzz and speculations surrounding the film’s release a source close to Times Entertainment unveiled the possible release date of this film. ‘Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha’ will supposedly be released in June of this year
A source close to Times Entertainment opened up the possible release date of this film which is at the end of June of this year. The source noted,”The makers are planning to release the film on either June 21 or June 28. It is a big film and the makers want to be sure that their film is not clashing with any other movie at the box office. So, they are finalizing the date very soon and will announce the exact date in a few days.”
As per the sources, this film is the sequel to Ishq Vishk Shahid Kapoor starrer 2003 film which hit the theatres on June 28. Helmed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari of Mismatched fame the film stars Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grrewal in the lead roles.
Previously during an interview, Neeraj had addressed this much-anticipated film’s release saying, “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha is a musical love story and releases in June, that’s all that I can share at this moment. We will be having a teaser and trailer coming out very soon to announce the release date.”
Moreover, talking about the crew of this film Kumar Mangat’s Panorama Studios with Neeraj Pandey’s Friday Filmworks and Narendra Hirawat’s NH Studioz will serve as the producers of this movie making the film their first collaboration of Pandey with Ajay Devgn.
