Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar are ready for a new collaboration, but this time not as actors.
The duo who recently appeared together in the running blockbuster Singham Again directed by Rohit Shetty is ready for their next project together. This time Devgn stepped down as an actor to sit on the director’s chair for a film starring the Baby actor.
The most interesting fact is, that Devgn himself has confirmed the news in a recent event hosted by Hindustan Times. Without any doubt, this will be incredibly exciting news for the fans who enjoy their work together.

Ajay Devgn didn’t reveal much details about the untitled project
At his recent appearance at an event organized by Hindustan Times, the Singham star spills the beans about the surprise project of his and Akshay.
The 55-year-old said in the event, “This is something we were going to announce later, but I think this is a great platform. We are already working on something together where I am directing the film, and he is in the film.”
In response to this Akshay gushed, “I am going to be directed by Mr Ajay Devgn.”
However, he didn’t reveal many details about the unnamed film due to confidentiality. Therefore, the complete cast and release of this venture are yet to be unveiled.
This news is nothing but a cherry on top for the fans who have enjoyed the duo’s recent collaboration Singham Again which also features Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Deepika Padukone.
Ajay and Akshay’s upcoming projects
Prior to this upcoming venture Ajay and Akshay have been together in notable films like Khaki, Sooryavanshi, and Suhaag. On the other hand, the upcoming film will mark Devgn’s forth directorial venture after Bholaa, Runway 34, Shivaay, and U Me Aur Hum.
In fact, along with the project Devgan is also busy filming the upcoming sequels of De De Pyaar De and Raid.
For his part, Akshay whose time thriving for box-office success as a lead after the back-to-back failure of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sarfira, and Khel Khel Mein has some multiple works in front including Sky Force, Jolly LLB 3, Shankara and Housefull 5 scheduled to release next year.
