Akshay Kumar and Kartik Aaryan are two prominent names in the entertainment industry who have created an immense fan base over the years. Both of the actors are currently busy with the release of their upcoming films Akshay’s ‘Khel Khel Main’ hitting the theatres on Independence Day while Kartik’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ supposedly comes on this Diwali. Akshay who is also part of the first installment with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ is reportedly all set to team up with his successor. Last week, the duo was spotted with filmmaker and screenwriter Mudassar Aziz which sparked the anticipation of the actors featuring together in the same movie.
The two ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ leads Akshay Kumar and Kartik Aaryan might share the screen for the first time
Akshay and Kartik were seen together with Aziz last week. As per the reports, the trio seems to be having a serious discussion making it look like they are planning to do a movie together.
As for their recent endeavors, Akshay’s time isn’t going so well after back-to-back box office failures including ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, ‘Mission Raniganj’, ‘Selfiee’, ’Ram Setu’, ‘Raksha Bandhan’ the actor is looking forward a powerful comeback through his Independence day release ‘Khel Khel Main.’ Moreover, talking about his work front he has some high-anticipated movies on his plate such as ‘Sky Force’, ‘Jolly LLB 3’, ‘Welcome To The Jungle’ and ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Apart from that he will also feature in a cameo role in the Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer’s upcoming ‘Stree 2’ which is also making a clash with his film ‘Khel Khel Main.’
On the other hand, Kartik has recently won the hearts of audiences with his powerful performance in ‘Chandu Champion’ which comes as a response to the critics to question his ability in portraying serious characters.
There is an intense connection between the two actors as they both have been a part of the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ universe.
The first film comes in 2007 where Akshay plays the role of Dr. Aditya “Adi” Shrivastav, a psychiatrist. Later on, part two came in 2022 replacing the entire cast with Karthik, Kiara Advani, and Tabu.
Needless to say, it’ll be really interesting and exciting to see these two men onscreen for the first time.
However, the official announcement is yet to come as both of the actors’ team are silent about the project.
