An exciting news for Bigg Boss fans. The popular reality show’s OTT version which has been running for two successful seasons is all set to come back for season three. While the TV version with 17 successful seasons hosted by none other than Bollywood superstar Salman Khan the OTT version’s first season was hosted by Karan Johar and actress Divya Agarwal emerged as the victor. After the blockbuster season one Salman took the hosting gig in the OTT version as well. YouTuber Elvish Yadav also took home the winning trophy that season. Amidst the highest speculations regarding the next season, the makers have finally unveiled the season three poster. Previously a source has exclusively confirmed to Indianexpress.com that the makers are not planning to bring a season 3 for Bigg Boss OTT which is proven to be wrong now.
Salman Khan is returning as host for Bigg Boss OTT season 3
The makers unveiled an official poster on their Instagram featuring the Tiger 3 actor. Salman can be seen in the iconic B poster. However, the news regarding which celebrities will feature on the show hasn’t been disclosed yet. They even asked the fans via their Instagram post, “Who do you want to see in Bigg Boss OTT 3?”
While as per the sources are the rumored Bigg Boss OTT 3 participants, includes Sheezan Khan, Pratiksha Honmukhe, Shehzada Dhami, Daljeet Kaur, Maxtern, Thugesh, Rohit Khatri, Arhan Behll, Sreeram Chandra, Aryanshi Sharam, Sankey Upadhyay, Tushar Silawat, Rohit Zinjurke, and Mohd. Saria, nonetheless it has still yet to be confirmed.
The news comes hours after a source has exclusively confirmed to Indianexpress.com that the makers are not making the third season of the series. The source shared, “Colors TV and Jio Cinema decided they don’t want to get Bigg Boss OTT this year because the show’s audience is facing saturation. Bigg Boss 17 just concluded in January with Munawar Faruqui becoming the winner. Now the gap between the last season and when the digital one will start is very small, so to reduce this over-exposure, Bigg Boss OTT 3 might not happen this year.”
Amidst the anticipating season, Khan’s fans have been concerned about his security. As of April 14, two shooters fired gunshots outside his Galaxy apartment. Although The Mumbai police apprehended the culprits on April 16, fans still don’t think he is safe outside.
