Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s legal battle doesn’t seem to be ending easily. The Bullet train actor charged his ex-wife for “misrepresentation” of his character. On October 4, Jolie accused Pitt of physical abuse as he choked and struck their children in 2016 during a flight. It is a response to a lawsuit Pitt filed over their once-shared winery.

On October 6, the Tory alum responded to Jolie’s acquisition of physical abuse to their children. Pitt has reportedly choked and smacked their kids. After this, the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services and the FBI investigated the case. However, it becomes closed without any charges. However, the 47-year-old actress didn’t specify the name of the children Pitt abused.
On October, 6, Brad’s attorney Anne Kiley, a statement to the E-news. “Brad has owned everything he’s responsible for from day one—unlike the other side—but he’s not going to own anything he didn’t do. He has been on the receiving end of every type of personal attack and misrepresentation.”- Kiley said.
The statement later on follows, “Thankfully, the various public authorities the other side has tried to use against him over the past six years have made their own independent decisions. Brad will continue to respond in court as he has consistently done.”
It can presume they both aren’t going to give up easily.
The former couple was married for almost five years since they separated in 2016 and officially got divorced in 2019. Together they are parents of six children Maddox Jolie-Pitt (2001), Pax Jolie-Pitt(2003), Zahara Jolie-Pitt (2005), Shiloh Jolie-Pitt (2006), and 14-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox Jolie Pitt (2008). After their separation, Jolie got custody of their children.
Needless to say, the Jolie-Pitt drama doesn’t seem to be ending soon.
