Sony Pictures’ recent release action drama ‘Bullet Train’ crossed $30.1 million in the North America box office. The Brad Pitt starrer film released on 5 th August. Within a short period of time the film seems to break every record. No doubt the film makes the ‘Easter Sunday’ Stumble.
Bullet train overtakes ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ and others hits
The film is based on an unlucky assassin who is on a mission and deals with enemies while riding a Japanese bullet train. The David Leitch directorial was made with a budget of $90 million. It’s very impressive to see its massive success in just a few days. This Brad Pitt starrer film overtakes many other box office hits. Last week’s box office topper Warner Bros.’ animated DC League of ‘Super-Pets’, slipped a notch to second place with $11.2 million collection. Moreover, it also overtakes internationally famous film ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ which collected $7.4 million this weekend. It takes fourth place. Universal’s horror flick ‘Nope’ takes Third place with $8.5 million collection. The fifth place is taken by the Despicable Me franchise with a collection of $7.1 million.

The Cast of the film
This action comedy film includes a power-packed starcast. Brad Pitt plays the lead role as an unlucky assassin Ladybug. Apart from that, the other cast includes Joey King as The Prince, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Tangerine , Brian Tyree Henry as Lemon, Andrew Koji as Yuichi Kimura aka The Father, Hiroyuki Sanada as The Elder, Michael Shannon as White Death, Benito A. Martínez Ocasio as The Wolf, Sandra Bullock as Maria Beetle , Zazie Beetz as The Hornet, Logan Lerman as The Son. The film is based on a Japanese novel by Maria Beetle (later published as ‘Bullet Train’ in English).
Needless to say, if this film perpetuate it’s place in the box office then it will soon enter the $100 million club.
