Jason Priestley unveiled the shocking hygiene habit of former roommate Brad Pitt. On the January 16 episode of Live! With Kelly and Mark, he revealed the details of the Academy winner to the hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. The actors were roommates back in the ’90s when they were both trying their hardest to make their way in the acting industry. Moreover, Priestley also revealed Brad’s wired hygiene habits. Jason revealed Brad wasn’t so hygienic when they were roommates
The 54-year-old revealed they played the game to see who could survive the longest without taking a shower. Although it seems fun at the beginning Jason also finds it disgusting right now.
“We used to play this game to see who could go the longest without showering,” Jason told the hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. “I think about it now and I’m like, ‘Dude, how disgusting. What were you thinking?’”
Talking about the winner of this not-so-pleasant game the actor responded, “Brad, Always Brad.”
However, Priestley is sure the 60-year-old is unlikely to follow the same routine right now.
“I don’t think he does that anymore,” Jason assured the hosts, “but back then he could go a long time without showering.”
Jason and Brad lived together in a “really crappy part” of Los Angeles alongside a third friend in a two-bedroom apartment in the 90s.
In his 2015 memoir, the Tru Calling actor shared that they were so “broke” while struggling to find acting work. As he penned in the book “We lived on Ramen noodles and generic beer—the kind that came in white cans labelled ‘beer. and Marlboro Light cigarettes.”
