Christina Applegate is ready for his last shot. The Dead To Me actress hinted at retirement in a recent interview. On February 7, while talking to the Los Angeles Times the actress shared that SAG Awards will probably be her last awards show as an actor. Applegate even earn a nomination at the awards for her role in the Netflix series Dead To Me.

The 51-year-old in her recent interview Los Angeles Times hinted at her probable retirement. She said The SAG Awards which will take place on February 26 be her last time as an actor. Applegate said, “Right now, I couldn’t imagine getting up at 5 a.m. and spending 12 to 14 hours on a set. I don’t have that in me at this moment.”
She, later on, revealed, “It’s my last awards show as an actor probably. so it’s kind of a big deal. The actress earned a nomination this year for her portraying Jen Harding on the third and final season of Netflix’s Dead to Me. However, She is taking a break from acting and still will be active in the entertainment industry. As She said, “doing a s–t ton of voice-overs to make some cash to make sure that my daughter’s fed and we’re homed.”
She also revealed it was difficult for her to watch the final season of the Netflix dark comedy. As she said, “I don’t like seeing myself struggling. I gained 40 pounds because of inactivity and medications, and I didn’t look like myself, and I didn’t feel like myself.”
Later on, the actress noted, “At some point I was able to distance myself from my own ego and realize what a beautiful piece of television it was. All the scenes I wasn’t in were so much fun to see and experience for the very first time.”
It’s will be really emotional moment for her fans.
