Weeks after Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade announced she was expecting her first child with husband Evan McClintock, she revealed the sex of her child. During the recent episode of her Just A Little Shady Hailie shared that she’s pregnant with a baby boy. Hailie, who has her husband Evan by her side, revealed that they popped a balloon which turned out to be blue confetti before announcing that it’s a boy. Hailie and Evan shared their excitement about having a baby boy
The 28-year-old said after the sex was revealed, “We’re so excited, too. When we found out, Evan was like, ‘They’re going to hunt with me. They’re going to go golfing with me. I’ve got a little buddy,’ I was like, ‘OK, well they’re still going to Target with me.’”
Her husband Evan also puts in, “Whether it was a girl or boy, I would have made them do it. Or hoped they would want to do it at least.”
The prominent influencer who is the daughter of the rap icon and his ex Kim Scott announced her pregnancy in the music video for her father’s latest single, “Temporary.”
The music video is sweetly dedicated to her for the time the ‘mockingbird’ singer will not be there by her side.
“A lot of people ask me, am I afraid of death? / The truth is, I think what scares me the most is not being able to say all the things I wanna say to you when I’m no longer here,” the lyrics noted. “So, this song is for Hailie, for when that day comes.”
In this video, the podcast host surprised her father by gifting him a jersey with “#1 Grandpa” written on it along with an ultrasound photo.
The rapper who is also a father to Alaina, 31, and Stevie, 22, whom he shares with Kim seems immensely surprised as his daughter smiled over the big revelation.
She wrote to her father in a note, “Thank you for doing everything you do & always being there for us girls. You truly are the best dad in the world. Love you forever + 100 million dollars forever ever & always.”
Hailie and Evan tied the knot on May 18, 2024, after eight years of dating. Eminem was also present at the intimate wedding ceremony to walk his daughter down the aisle.
