Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Argentine model Georgina Rodriguez remembers their twin son. The model gave birth to twins last year in April. However, their son, unfortunately, didn’t survive. In the season 2 trailer of her popular Netflix documentary, ‘I Am Georgina’ the model becomes emotional remembering her late son. Rodriguez and the soccer player have been together since 2017 and apart from the twins they share a 5-year-old daughter Alana. Moreover, Cristiano is also the father of three more kids twins, Eva and Mateo, 5, and son Cristiano Jr, 12.
Georgina Rodriguez said she had the best and the worst moment of her life in an instant
The 29-year-old said of giving birth to the twins, “Over 40 million people follow me, but no one really knows how I feel. This year I had the best and the worst moment of my life in an instant.” Talking about losing a child she says, “Life is hard. Life goes on. I have reasons to move on and be strong.”
However, her partner Cristiano reminded her of those reasons, saying, “Geo, get on with life. It’ll do you good.”
The couple welcomed their twins last year on 1st April. Unfortunately, their daughter Bella only survived. Later on, she added, “my priority right now is my family and my children.”Moreover, Rodriguez said her partner is “very thoughtful, really good to me” and “the love of my life.”
The model continues, “I’m still me, but not the same. I need to be working. I feel like a supermom and a superwoman. I’m a mother, I’m a sister, I’m a friend, I’m a woman. I’m Georgina.”
At the time of their son’s death, the couple released a statement saying,”It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.”
However, the only silver lining in their life is the birth of their daughter. The statement also said, “We would like to thanks the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you.”
