HOB’s famous series House Of The Dragon is in lots of buzz for its season 2. However, fans will get a little disappointed as there are no chances of it to primer this year. As HBO executive Casey Bloys told in February 22 interview with Variety The famous series might come back sometime in 2024.
House Of The Dragon will start filming this March
On February 22, in an interview with Variety, The Show’s executive Casey Bloys give some details about the filming of this series. The filming of second season is scheduled to be filming from this March. However, Bloys revealed good script is their first priority. He said, “My philosophy is a good script is No. 1 priority. I am not doing it based on wanting to have one a year, two a year. I want to do it based on the scripts that we’re excited about.”
He explains, “Remember, to get House of the Dragon following up from Game of Thrones, we developed a lot of shows, shot a pilot, developed a bunch of scripts and we got House of the Dragon. To do that again is going to take the same amount of effort. You have to develop a lot of things, try things. You never know what’s going to work.”
Moreover, he continues, “It takes a while to get one that hits the mark. I know George feels the same way. You want to do one that everybody’s really proud of and excited about.”
Needless to say, fans have to wait a little longer to see the next season of this “Game Of Thrones” prequel. The HBO show stars Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Fabien Frankel, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, and others who gave remarkable performances.
