It Ends With Us star and director Justin Baldoni is standing with the domestic abuse survivors. Amid the ongoing drama with co-star Blake Lively Justin is making sure that the survivors are not alone. The storyline of this new blockbuster revolves around the narrative of domestic abuse as the protagonist Lily Bloom (played by Blake Lively) navigates her life through an abusive relationship. On August 31, Baldoni took to his Instagram to give a homage to all of the survivors of this vicious situation. Let’s check out what the star has shared.
Justin Baldoni penned a lengthy note to address the survivors 4
The Jane the Virgin alum who plays abuser Ryle in the film begins the post, “Dear Survivor. You embody resilience and courage, qualities that shine bright even on the darkest days. In the tapestry of your life, each thread tells a story of endurance, strength, and hope. Every step forward you take, no matter how small, is a declaration of your unyielding spirit and an inspiration to others.”
Moreover, he noted although for the survivors it might be not possible to recognize their own impact, still their journey “encourages and motivates, lighting the path for those of us still searching for the light.”
Apart from that the 40-year-old also admitted that each victim has a unique experience to share.
“While I can never fully understand your pain and all you have endured,” he shared, “I want you to know that you are never alone in this fight. We are with you. You are not just surviving; you are thriving, and in your thriving, you inspire us all.”
Moving forward, he ended the note with a special message for the survivors, adding “May your journey forward be filled with moments of profound peace. And may you remember that as you fight for joy…you are liberating us all. Sending you gratitude, strength, and love.”
Justin Baldoni’s ongoing feud with Blake Lively
Baldoni’s message comes amid an ongoing feud with co-star Blake Lively, who also serves as a producer.
As per the sources, the duo has fallen out due to some creative differences regarding the film. The news tends to be more accurate as Justin is conspicuously absent from the press and photos with the rest of the cast.
Nevertheless, the audience seems to be more in favor of Justin since he is the only one from the team to push the subject of domestic violence throughout the promotion.
