Jason Kelce shared the reason the NFL should continue to show Taylor Swift on TV game broadcasts. The Philadelphia Eagles centre defended his brother Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Travis Kelce amid criticism over live TV. On February 2, he told ABC affiliate WCPO 9 the reasons for thinking this way. Jason Kelce said his attention there because the audience wanted to see it
Kelce told the television portal, “The attention’s there because the audience wants to see it, I mean, if people didn’t want to see it, they wouldn’t be showing it. I know that. She’s a world star, she’s the quintessential artist right now in the world, singer-songwriter, immensely talented, unbelievable role model for young women across the globe.”
“So I think that the NFL would probably be foolish not to show her,” Jason said of the NFL, “and be a role model for all the young girls out there.”
The athlete and Kylie Kelce who are the parents of three young daughters first met the Grammy winner on January 21 at the Chiefs’ playoffs game against the Buffalo Bills. Later they reunited in the same week at the Chiefs’ AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens, which victory made them advance to the 2024 Super Bowl.
Later on his January 31st episode of Travis’ New Heights podcast, he said of the “Blank Space” singer, “Shout out to the newest member of Chiefs Kingdom, Taylor Swift. who has officially reached the Super Bowl in her rookie year.”
The Chiefs star added, “Yeah shoutout to Tay, thanks for joining the team.”
Swift and Kelce’s romance began in July 2023 when the singer’s Eras Tour took place at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. The tight end as Switi attended with hopes of giving the singer a friendship bracelet with his number on it. However, it didn’t happen for her pre-show rituals.
“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” He said on the July 26 episode of his New Heights podcast. “So, I was a little butt-hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
Although he didn’t get a chance back it didn’t take much time for him to win the “Anti-Hero” singer’s heart.
