Kaitlyn Bristowe Opened Up About Being Ghosted by Chris Harrison After Bachelorette Hosting Gig. The reality star was offered to host season 17 of The Bachelorette alongside fellow contestant Tayshia Adams. However, Harrison completely ghosted her as headlines started to twist. Chris hosted the Bachelor franchise for almost 19 years and take his exited from the show in 2021. On the January 31 episode of Dear Media’s podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, she recalled the moment.

On the January 31 episode of Dear Media’s podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, Bristowe recalled the moment. She said, “They offered me the position to come in and what the Bachelor franchise said was to mentor Katie. I wouldn’t be replacing Chris. Then, all these articles starting coming out saying, ‘Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe Replacing Chris Harrison.'”
She continues, “I messaged him like 10 times without him responding,” Kaitlyn continued. “And that is so not like him to me. And I know it’s not about me. I just wanted him to know that I thought he was irreplaceable, and I didn’t want to step on toes.”
She also didn’t know what her role was and felt “icky” that she still got no response from the 51-year-old.
“He didn’t write back and then I was like, ‘OK, well now I’m panicking. Why didn’t you write me back?’ And then he didn’t write me back and I was like, ‘I’m on my period. Am I being emotional? But, like, do you hate me?'”-she recalled.
Later on, the 37-year-old continues, “I was like, ‘OK, he hates me. We were best friends and now he hates me. And then I saw him at Wells [Adams] and Sarah [Hyland]’s wedding and I walked up to him and was like? ‘I miss you.'”
