American rapper Kanye West also known by his stage name ‘Ye’ detailed his co-parenting lifestyle with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. It’s been months since they broke off their marriage of six years. The couple also shared four kids North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3. The rapper has been in a lot of controversies after bashing Kardashian’s then-boyfriend Pete Davidson. Kanye West says Kim gives 80 Percent of the Time to raising kids
On the recent episode of Mind full podcast, West said, “Even to this day, I’ll still give Kim advice on things that can help because that’s gonna go to the kids, She’s still got to, basically, 80 percent of the time, raise those children.”
The 45-year-old furthermore continues, “Everybody wants everyone so doped out, so controlled out, that you’re not allowed to even stand for the things you’re handing to your family”. Moreover, he also talked about control.
“The idea of taking control and opinions away from the mother or the father takes away a person’s meaning and life”- he said.
Kanye West and Kim parted ways on January 2021
The former tied the knot in 2014 at Fort di Belvedere in Florence. West’s then-wife Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in January 2021. The SKIMS founder cited the reason was irreconcilable differences. However, the former couple has joint custody of their four children. The divorce proceedings are still undergoing. The KKW Beauty found was declared legally single in March 2022, she also removed ‘West’ from her online profiles. Kardashian was dating comedian-actor Pete Davidson after their separation. West even based Davidson on his songs after which he faced a lot of backlashes.
