Kensington Palace officially shared an update on Kate Middleton’s health as Prince William Misses public appearance. The Prince of Wales who was supposed to be at a memorial for his late godfather, King Constantine II of Greece, cancelled the event at the latest moment due to a “personal matter.” The palace shared how the Princess is doing more than a month after undergoing a procedure. Kensington Palace said Kate Middleton continues to be doing well
Kensington Palace stated in a February 27 statement, “Princess of Wales, who is recovering from abdominal surgery, continues to be doing well.”
On 29th January the princess returned to her home Windsor, England, at the time the palace released a statement about her discharging.
“She is making good progress, The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided. The Wales family continues to be grateful for the well wishes they have received from around the world,” the statement said.
Moreover, the palace also revealed that the Princess’s husband Prince William “has temporarily stepped back from his royal duties in order to care for his wife and it’s not expected that he will return to engagements immediately.”
The heir to the British throne who shares three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 with his wife is also said to her making his “first priority and he won’t return to public engagements until Princess Kate is settled.”
Moreover, it also continues, “William has also been doing the drop off and pick up at Lambrook School.The Prince and Princess of Wales have wanted to keep it as normal as possible for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.”

The 42-year-old future queen’s condition was first unveiled on January 17 via a statement by Kensington palace, which says,”The surgery was successful and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days, before returning home to continue her recovery, Based on the current medical advice, she is unlikely to return to public duties until after Easter.”
