‘Kohrra’ Season 2: Mona Singh Stars With  Barun Sobti for The New Installment

‘Kohrra’ season 2 is set to hit our screen soon. The crime thriller police procedural won the hearts of the audience from its first season. The unique storyline with the blend of crime, emotion, and beautiful depiction of the human psyche adds to the marvelous performances making the show’s quality more extravagant. However, the new season might have included some changes, for instance, the exit of Suvinder Vicky. In this place, actress Mona Singh has officially joined the cast of the much-anticipated series. Netflix announced the arrival of Mona Singh in the cast 

On August 27, Netflix officially announced the cast of the upcoming series. Season two will feature the entry of Mona Singh who will join Barun Sobti as leads.

Directed by showrunner, producer and co-creator Sudip Sharma, Faisal Rahman, Act Three Productions and Film Squad Productions will also join Sharma as the producer of the series. 

Set in Punja this season is all set to depict another murder mystery along with the blend of family dynamics and communal secrets. 

In the last season, Barun Sobti gained immense appreciation for the exceptional portrayal of Garundi. Needless to say, his extravagant acting skills have made the expectations of the fans quite high.

The showrunners on the upcoming season of Kohrra

Head of the series at Netflix India, Tanya Bami, “’Kohrra’ has been a show that has been loved, lauded, and has a cult following almost! Moreover, co-creator and showrunner Sudip Sharm also shared his excitement.
