Much-awaited season three of Netflix’s popular series Kota Factory is all set to hit the small screens. On May 30, the makers finally unveiled the release of this overhyped series via a fun video. The series has garnered a huge following among the youth for its portrayal of the realities faced by IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants in Kota. Let’s check out the complete details of this story.
Kota Factory Season 3 is releasing on 20th June
In the video, the protagonist actor Jitendra Kumar who played the role of Jitu Bhaiya in the series playfully teased fans about the release date of Season 3. Jitu leaves a maths equation for them to decode for clues. “I’m coming soon, and so is Kota Factory season 3. Note down the date. Kota factory season 3 is releasing on June… I’ll not tell that easily,” he said in the video. Moreover, he asked the fans to solve the math equation written on the white board behind him and find the date on which the series will start streaming. “So pick up your pen and get started. Go ahead! See you soon, in the next class,” he said in the video.
Right after the video was dropped fans started to share their take on the release date of the series. One fan wrote, “20th June guys”, while another one commented, “Never clicked on anything faster in my whole life ….” moreover, another fan requested the makers to release the show early, saying, “Sir 9 June ko kar dete… advanced ke result ke saath… ekdum sahi tuning baith jati.”
As per the synopsis of season three read, “Having now braved through the tough initial preparation and the relentless pressure of academics, students brace themselves for the all-important IIT JEE exam. With Jeetu Bhaiya, the students’ unwavering mentor and inspiration, on his own poignant journey to discover his calling, the uncertain fate of the students hangs in the balance in this high-stakes drama of the much-anticipated third season.”
Apart from Jitendra, Kota Factory Season 3 also stars young actors like Mayur More, Ahsaas Channa, Alam Khan, Ranjan Raj, and the newest addition Tillotama Shome.
