The 39-year-old commented in a fan account post, “Jeremy is the one and only. And amazing. And we’re very happy.”
This marked her first-ever public comment after sparking romance rumors as the couple showed some immense PDA at the U.K.’s Reading Festival in August. Nearly two months after the pair applied for obtaining a marriage license on Sept. 23.
Although their romance came in front of the public eye recently they have known each other for a while as the Grammy nominee had posted a picture with her new husband back in 2019 at one of his tours, which she captioned, “Jeremy lemme be captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours x.”
Needless to say, the singer’s perception about love has evolved a lot in the last few years since in a December 2023 interview with Harper’s Bazaar she revealed to be “definitely not in love.” Nevertheless, the statement soon turned out to be false as Lana, real name Elizabeth Grant made things official with the wildlife tour guide on her social media in May 2024 by referring him as “my guy” in her caption.
As for the D-Day, it was held at the docks of Arthur’s Airboat Tours in an intimate ceremony. For the day, Lana opted for a custom gown designed by Mayce Wysner featuring white lace and fluttering sleeves. Meanwhile, the groom chose a simple yet chic dark grey suit, with a white button-down and brown shoes.
Throughout their courting, the couple has been out of the limelight. However, days before the wedding Lana and Jeremy were spotted enjoying a romantic dinner date on September 29.
