British-American actress Lily Collins opens up about her married life with her husband Charlie McDowell. The Emily in Paris star tied the knot with writer-director Charlie McDowell one year ago. The couple seems to be so in love even after a year of being together. On October 8, at the 16th Annual GO Campaign Gala Presented by Netflix and Beachbody in Los Angeles the actress unveiled a lot of facts about her happy married life.

At the 16th Annual GO Campaign, the actress arrived on the red carpet hand in hand with her husband Charlie McDowell. The 33-year-old looked stunning in a Prada dress and Cartier jewellery. The beautiful actress described her life as newlyweds. Collins said,” We can kind of conquer anything, We’ve been through so many changes globally, personally, and to be able to have a partner next to you that makes you laugh in times when you need it the most and helps you emotionally get through things, like moving to a foreign country for four months.”
Furthermore, ‘The Blind Side’ alum added, “I just feel so grateful that I have someone next to me to be able to accomplish that and your best friend with you all the time.”
The couple’s relationship history
Collins and McDowell started their relationship back in 2019. In 2020 they announced their engagement and after a year on September 22 officially got married. The couple had an intimate ceremony with family members and close friends at Dunton Hot Springs, Colorado.
