This Barbie is all set to enter into the mom’s world. As per the source of People magazine Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley are expecting their first child together. Robbie, and Ackerley first met in 2013 on the set of 2014’s Suite Française. Later on in 2016, it was reported that the couple tied the knot during a secret ceremony in Australia. In the weeks after weeding the Suicide Squad actress proudly flaunts her diamond wedding ring during a red carpet appearance making their weeding official. Ackerley is also Robbie’s production partner in their production house LuckyChap Entertainment company. He is also a regular supporter and fixture alongside his wife on the red carpet. People magazine first announced the news of Margot Robbie’s pregnancy
On July 7, the Barbie alum was snapped wearing a crop top and showcasing a baby bump while vacationing with her husband in Lake Como, Italy. Later on, the sources of People confirm the news of the pregnancy.
Robbie always shows his support and love for her husband in every interview. In 2018 she told Porter, “I’m a great advocate of doing business with your partner, Being married is actually the most fun ever, life got way more fun somehow. I have a responsibility being someone’s wife, I want to be better.”
The couple has been together part of the major successful projects of LuckyChap’s work such as Barbie and Saltburn.
“It’s been amazing,” Ackerley previously said of the production house’s success. “Every day we wake up and pinch ourselves, so it’s been incredible.”
Robbie also added of success, “There’s so much to celebrate with Barbie. I feel like we just kept hitting new milestones that we weren’t expecting to hit. Every time we did, everyone was mind blown all over again.”
Apart from sharing success the couple also share immense love and affection for each other. In 2016 Robbie said of his husband during an interview with Vogue.
“I was always in love with him, but I thought, ‘Oh, he would never love me back,'” Robbie gushes over his husband. “‘Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him.’ And then it happened, and I was like, ‘Of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.’”
