The Guilty

The Guilty is a new thriller that was released on October 1 on Netflix, where Jake Gyllenhaal and Ethan Hawke are seen working together as a team.

 In the movie, a police detective is relegated to report duty and sets out to save a caller. 

It is adapted from a 2018 Danish movie of the same name. Even if crime flicks aren’t your thing, check it out for the handsome leading men.


Maid

Margaret Qualley stars in this limited series which is based on a best-selling biography. 

The show features Qualley’s character as a housecleaner. She undertakes this job in order to make ends meet for her daughter and herself in the middle of escaping an abusive relationship.

“Maid” aired on Netflix on October 1.


The Many Saints of Newark

To all the fans of The Sopranos, get ready for the much-awaited prequel movie The Many Saints of Newark.

The show is currently ready to binge-watch on HBO Max.

Talking about the storyline – it revolves around Dickie Moltisanti (Alessandro Nivola), the father of Michael Imperioli’s character Christopher, and the formation of the mob family as we know them in the beloved series.

Also making appearances will be actors Ray Liotta, Jon Bernthal, and Vera Farmiga. 


Justin Bieber: Our World

This musical documentary is featuring on Amazon Prime. Justin Bieber: Our World is a pandemic-era look at the world-famous pop star.

It follows the lead-up to his live-streamed rooftop show on New Year’s Eve 2020, the singer’s first concert in three years.

The film is directed by Michael D. Ratner, who is also directed – Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil. It was released on October 8.

The third season of the You franchise will be arriving on October 15 on Netflix

In the previous series it was shown that Joe (Penn Badgley) was up to his usual murderous ways, but this time with a lady lover. 

Season 3 showcases the couple retiring to the outskirts with their new baby. However, Joe faces the challenges that come along with parenthood and being a serial killer.

This October the Roy family is returning to the small screen with more drama and backbiting than ever.

Starting from where the last season’s outcomes ended, the fans will see how the family company adjusts after main structural changes.

Various new characters and faces will be joining the new season as it premieres on HBO starting October 17.


Dune


Dune

Dune – the highly awaited sci-fi actioner was put on hold due to the pandemic. But finally, it is going to be released this October in theatres and on HBO Max.

 The movie features nearly every celebrity under the sun, but Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya most prominently. It is based on a popular book of the same name.

Whereas, the story follows a young man who must face extreme hardship to become an interplanetary leader.

It will be available to stream on October 22.
