Be ready to sip some royal tea! The Crown Season 5 is all set to hit Netflix. Season 5 of this much-anticipated series will be released on November 9. The season will focuse on Queen Elizabeth’s reign in the early 21st century which includes some scandalous royal events. Let’s see what details we get from the trailer.

Season 5 of The Crown focused on the reign of Elizabeth II from the 1990s to the early 21st century. This season shows the trouble in the royal family which includes the troubled marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. It will also show the divorces of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, and Princess Anne and her first husband Mark Phillips. The trailer starts with the Queen saying, “In light of the events of the last 12 months, perhaps I have more to reflect on than most”.
We can also see it was said that” The Royal family is in genuine crisis.” News channels are also claiming,” Have royal scandals damaged the country’s reputation?”
Later on in the trailer, Prince Charles (Dominic West) argues about the state of the family with his mother Queen Elizabeth II (Imelda Staunton). Prince Charles claims, “For years I’ve called for a more modern monarchy that reflects the world outside.” Meanwhile, the Queen’s husband, Prince Philip (Jonathan Pryce) tells Diana to be loyal to the Royal family. In response, she said, “You mean silent.”
This season also features Princess Diana’s Bombshell Panorama BBC interview. At the end of the trailer, Princess Diana played by Elizabeth Debicki was seen in her Iconic black blazer and white t-shirt telling Martin Bashir played by Prasanna Puwanarajah, “I won’t go quietly. I’ll battle ’til the end.”
Needless to say, the new season will be full of drama. We have to wait for a little to witness it.
