Prince Harry and Meghan Markle received Coronation Invitation from King Charles by e-mail. King Charles is the father of the prince. The couple took their exit from the royal family in 2020. A spokesperson of the royal couple confirmed the news of their invitation to the 6th May event. Although the King isn’t on good terms with the couple he seemed to want his both sons present at the event.
Prince Harry and Meghan have recently received email correspondence
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s rep revealed, “The Duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty’s office regarding the coronation. An immediate decision on whether the Duke and Duchess will attend will not be disclosed by us at this time.”
A source previously said the King wanted his both sons to be present on this special day. It says, “Of course, Charles wants his son at the coronation. It is a pivotal moment in his life. He loves both his sons and wants Prince Harry there.”
The source also added, “King Charles wants to mend the relationship within the family. They will be invited. It would look terrible if they were not.”
The couple was reportedly evicted from their Frogmore Cottage home where they lived after their marriage in 2018. Their rep confirmed the news, “We can confirm The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been requested to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage.”
The couple after taking their lack from royal duties in 2020 shifted to Montecito, California with their kids Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1. However, it isn’t confirmed who passed the eviction notice. The King is reportedly disappointed by Harry’s new bombshell memoir “Sphare.”
As a source explained, “Since Harry’s book was released, relationships between Harry and Meghan and the family have never been worse. Charles is extremely disappointed in what was shared in the book.”
It also added, “Harry was disrespectful to Camilla in the book and you can’t expect to act that way without consequences.”
