Prince Harry and Meghan Markel are ready to celebrate Christmas. This year it would be the first Christmas with their baby daughter Lilibet Diana who was born last year. Their little ‘Lili’ is only 18 months old now. On December 16, the Sussex royal shared a postcard of their 2022 Christmas. This year the holidays will be really special yet painful. Special for their daughter Lilibet and painful as the prince lost his grandparents last year, Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markel’s postcard didn’t feature their kids
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed their postcard on December 16. The postcard features the photo of the 38-year-old Duke and 42-year-old Duchess. The photo is black and white and was taken in New York earlier this month. The couple was holding hands while attending the Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award Gala.
However, their children Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 18 months aren’t seen in the picture. The couple wrote on their card, “Wishing you a joyful holiday season. From our family to yours, and on behalf of our teams at The Archewell Foundation, Archewell Audio, and Archewell Productions, we wish you health, peace, and a very happy new year.”
Harry was wearing a suit while Meghan wore a white Louis Vuitton gown. It is taken at the Dec. 6 gala on their non-profit work through their Archewell Foundation.
Although they didn’t share their kid’s pictures on the postcard, in their latest controversial Netflix docuseries they shared a lot of pictures of their home life.
Talking about The Archewell Foundation Meghan said,”We’ve been really conscious of protecting our kids as best as we can, and also understanding the role that they play in this really historic family.”
