The 41-year-old reshared the Aston Villa player’s message to his April 10 Instagram Story, captioning, “Thank you for so many unforgettable performances with @lionesses, @racheldaly3.”
The Prince added “Plenty more goals for Villa now,” before signing off with a simple “W.”
This post marked his first post since his wife Cathrine,Princess of Wales aka Kate Middleton shared a view with the world on her health journey three and a half weeks prior. The 42-year-old princess revealed to being diagnosed with an unnamed cancer and undergoing preventative chemotherapy.
Kate who shares Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, with William said in the video that, “This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family. As you can imagine, this has taken time.”
The princess’s absence from royal duties bagged endless speculations and conspiracy theories which she seemingly tried to end with her massage.
“It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment,” she explained. “But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok.”
Although William hasn’t publicly addressed his wife’s diagnosis Kate revealed in the video how much support he is giving his wife to fight this battle with cancer.
“Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance too,” Her Royal Highness noted. “As is the love, support and kindness that has been shown by so many of you. It means so much to us both.”
Since then the royal family was quite about the princess’s health,however, Queen Camilla shared her feelings since the revelation.
