Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s daughter had an Elmo-themed party
On January 16, Nick shared snaps of her daughter looking adorable in a backyard that says, “Malti’s World” with a caption writing, “Our Little Angel is 2.” Along with the snaps embracing his wife Priyanka, his brothers slash bandmates Kevin and Joe and also his younger brother Franklin and his girlfriend Anna Olsen. Meanwhile, Chopra shared snaps of her family walking on a beach, and taking blessings from a god along with her mother. The Matrix star captioned the post, “She is our miracle. And she is 2.”
The couple welcomed Malti Marie via surrogacy on January 16, 2020. At the time of her birth, they shared a statement saying, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”
On top of that, Chopra also shared with E-News how she is balancing her personal and professional life. “Being my own boss kind of helps,” the 41-year-old explained. “I can prioritize my scheduling, stop working at a certain time and don’t miss bathtime. Those are things that are really important to me.”
The Quantico alum also advised all the working moms out there saying, “Don’t let anyone point out your weaknesses to you because that will just curb you. But if you focus on your strengths—because all of us have them—then, one step at a time, you just somehow become your own boss.”
Meanwhile, Jonas has a different kind of dilemma regarding her daughter, “I will probably be embarrassing her all the time. I’ll be like, ‘I’m cool, I promise. I’m on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!’ I’m looking forward to that.”
However, Nick doesn’t need to convince her daughter since from her countless appearances at the Jonas Brothers’s concerts she is undoubtedly her daddy’s No.1 fan.
