Australian actress Rebel Wilson revealed how kissing a woman on screen led to her personal discovery. Wilson in her movie The Almond and the Seahorse where played the role of Sarah kissing a woman for the first time. On December 15, while talking with Today she made this revelation.

The 42-year-old unveiled a lot of facts while talking with Today on December 15. In the film The Almond and the Seahorse Wilson’s character Sarah has a traumatic brain injury. Because of it she leans on Toni (Charlotte Gainsbourg) for support and ends up kissing and falling in love.
“I’d never kissed a woman before. It kind of led to this kind of discovery—which led to my awesome partner Ramona. I might not have been open to that if I hadn’t done the emotional work.”- the Pitch Perfect alum said.
Previously talking with The Hollywood Reporter on December 11, she revealed how nervous she is about this scene.
“I’d never kissed a woman before so I was thinking, ‘Oh God, how’s that going to go? Once I’d gotten over that initial anxiety of kissing a woman and getting into the scene, I thought maybe it should be more about the emotional moment and we could even make it a bit more sexy or even go a bit further.”- Wilson said. She added, “But we were on a tight schedule so we had to keep it moving.”
In June of this year, she confirmed her romance with Ramona Agruma. She wrote, “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess..#LoveIsLove.”
On November 7, The Hustle star announced welcomed her first child via surrogacy.
