Salma Hayek is keeping records straight on her beauty secrets. However, her husband didn’t believe it. In her recent appearance on a new episode of Kelly Ripa’s Let’s Talk Off Camera Podcast. Salma Hayek developed this strange meditation
The 56-year-old said on the podcast that she is using a “strange meditation” practice that makes her look a decade younger. Hayek said, “I know what it is, Because of a lot of things in my body and health issues, somehow I developed this strange meditation that I keep evolving. I can do it for hours, because you don’t feel the time, and it’s so much fun because it’s not like you sit there and you think of nothing.”
The Frida star also added that noting that the noticeably youthful results she has is not proven scientifically. She said, “They work better on me than on anyone. When I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God. Again, you look 20.'”
However, the actress has witnessed a “very powerful” experience.
Moreover, she added, “When I don’t do it for some time, guess what? The face starts to drop and everything starts to drop. My herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles — I start breaking down.”
Meanwhile, Hayek’s husband François-Henri Pinault is skeptical about the word “meditation” and calls it “yoga.”
“My husband doesn’t believe in it,” she revealed. “He doesn’t meditate and he really doesn’t want to believe in the energy. He really tries hard not to.”
Moreover, she also said her husband asked her “‘Have you been doing your yoga?’ …’ Why don’t you take a minute to do your yoga?'” which will make her feel “bad.”
Hayek said of Pinault with whom she tied the knot in 2009 and shared a daughter, Valentina, “He doesn’t ask any questions,” that “It really freaks him out.”
Needless to say, with or without any medicine Salma is gorgeous indeed.
