Sam Asghari does not want any spousal support from ex-wife Britney Spears. On August 16, the actor reportedly filed for divorce from the pop star. Some sources revealed he demanded spousal support and attorneys fees. Moreover, the court document stated that he “has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party.” However, he does not want any spousal support, he will be allowed to keep his vehicles and many other gifts from the singer.

Multiple stories are coming out as the reason for their breakup. A source revealed the divorce came after a major fight as Sam confronted the “Toxic” singer of being unfaithful.
“Sam believes that Britney cheated on him,” a source revealed. “He believes he caught her in a lie and it caused him to be done with the relationship.”
Meanwhile, another source said, “Britney could be argumentative at times, but also felt like Sam didn’t let her do a lot of things without him. Before Britney’s conservatorship ended, Sam was very supportive. Once it ended, Britney felt very free, but that eventually changed based on certain dynamics in her relationship with Sam.”
Amid these speculations, on August 17, the 29-year-old shared an official statement on his Instagram story regarding the generation. He said, “After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always.”
The Family Business actor added, “S–t happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including the media to be kind and thoughtful.”
However, the Grammy winner didn’t talk about her separation officially, as per the sources of Entertainment Tonight, she is not doing well.
The source said, “She has been denying any cheating allegations and going through a lot of emotions. She is hurt because the situation brings up old feelings for her. This is the last thing she needed, especially after her boys moved to Hawaii, being worried about the fires there, and so on.”
“She has been trying to get back on her feet and be healthy emotionally, physically, and mentally. Britney has people by her side and her immediate circle is there for her. They are rallying around her.”the source added.
