Sean “Diddy” Combs is in serious legal trouble.
As per the documents obtained by NBC News, a month after the rapper was arrested in New York City with the charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution, on October 14 five new civil lawsuits were filed against him.
Filed on behalf of three anonymous men and two women who complained about the rapper with the allegations of incidents that spanned from 1995 to 2021. The allegations consist of sexual assault and rape, adding to an instance where a victim alleged Combs sexually assaulted and raped her in a Manhattan hotel room when she was 19 years old.
The Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, said in a previous press conference on October 1 that he’s representing 120 accusers with allegations against the rapper. Buzbee recently shared an Instagram post addressing the incident.

The attorney’s Instagram post noted, “We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing many more cases over the next several weeks naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings.”
Moreover, Tony explained that he is representing the cases that are filed in accordance with the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act in New York City.
As per the act, survivors have a 2-year window ending in March 2025 to demand justice against abuses taking any time in the past.
Earlier this month the attorney shared more insights into Law & Crime.
“I think the indictment and the arrest kind of gave people a little more comfort that they had more safety and support to step forward,” Buzbee said of the case, “When I made an announcement that I was going to pursue this case, the floodgates really opened. In a 10-day period, we got 3,200 calls and then from the press conference we had yesterday, we had 12,000 calls in about 24 hours.”
On October 1, during a press conference, he also added, “We’re going to follow this evidence wherever it takes us. We will find the silent accomplices. We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter, no matter who the evidence implicates. These brave victims who have stepped forward deserve nothing less.”
Sean “Diddy” Combs’s team is yet to address the allegations.
