The singer-actress in her recent Vanity Fair interview shared some important aspects of her life to her fans.

Gomez talked about her mental health struggle with Vanity Fair “I think my past and my mistakes is what drives me into depression”- she said. Only Murders in the Building alum show some important aspects to her fans. “As nervous as I am to put out something this personal, in my heart I know now is this time,I hope that by sharing my experience and difficulties, it will help people feel inspired to share their own stories. And to have hope that things can and will get better.”
Later on, the 30-year-old talked about her recent Alex Keshishian directed documentary. “It was never this thought-out plan thinking we were going to capture these very personal parts of my life,It just evolved from there.”- ‘Lose you to love me’ singer said.
The documentary began filming in 2016 but later on a lot of things are going on through the singer’s life. As she underwent a kidney transplant for lupus and sought treatment for bipolar disorder.
She said in the documentary trailer “Just be who you are,No cares about what you’re doing. It’s about who I am, being okay with where I am. I am grateful to be alive.I am happier, and I’m in control of my emotions and thoughts. More than I have ever been.”
The documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me is all set to release on 4th November on Apple TV+.
