Shanna Moakler is facing another devastating loss. On August 11, the former Miss USA took her Instagram to announce the demise of her father. Moreover, just seven months before she lost her mother as well. However, she didn’t reveal the time or the cause of death. Needless to say, the beauty mogul has been going through a tough period of her life. Let’s see what she had said.
Shanna Moakler said Her world will never be the same without her father in It
The 48-year-old beauty queen shared a throwback photo on Instagram with her father. The caption says, “It’s with great sadness to share the passing of my dad, the only solace is knowing he is with my beautiful mother. I am so thankful I got to have as many years with my parents as I did, and to have the time I had these last weeks with him. My father was an amazing husband, doctor and father he was more than anyone could ask for.”
“I will hold tight to the incredible life both my parents provided for me and the love and strength they instilled in me,” the caption continued. “The unwavering support at times when I didn’t deserve it. I love you dad and my world will never be the same without you in it. I appreciate all those who have reached out and sent messages of support. Godspeed.”
Previously in January, Shanna also announced the demise of her mother Gail, who died at 77. Talking about her father John was a dentist who in 2017 celebrated 55th year as a dentist.
Shanna has three older siblings, brothers John W. Moakler IV and Kirk Moakler and sister, Michelle, who died in 2012 from lung cancer.
