Shreya Ghoshal shared the pictures of the billboard on her Instagram
The 40-year-old shared multiple pictures of her billboards on Instagram along with writing, “Thrilled to share that your SG is the first Indian artist to be the Equal Global Ambassador for @spotify @spotifyindia. Here are some visuals from New York Times Square,”
The National Award-winning singer perfectly does justice to Spotify’s program which spreads the message of gender equality within the music industry as she has been at the top of the industry ever since she entered the game in 2002 as a teenager.
Looking at her journey her musical journey began at the age of four when she started formal training in classical music. Later on, after appearing on numerous reality shows, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s mother first noticed her after she won the show leading to her Bollywood debut song Bairi Piya from the 2002 film Devdas. She even became one of the youngest-ever singers to claim a National Award on her name.
After the successful debut, Ghoshal continues to be on top with her hit songs Teri Ore (2008), Sun Raha Hai Na Tu (2013), Ghoomar (2018), Guli Mata (2023) and many more.

Ghoshal is all set to come back as a judge on Indian Idol Season 15.
Meanwhile, her recent tracks Zaroorat Se Zyada from John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh starring Vedaa and Angaaron from the upcoming movie Pushpa 2: The Rule is getting immense love from the listeners.
On top of that, her All Hearts Tour is in full form since she recently had a great show in Dubai. The tour is also continued by other concerts in Doha on October 17 followed by Kolkata on October 19.
