Composer-singer Shreyas Puranik who is notable for his work in Bajirao Mastani and the recent Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal where he composed the chartbuster Satranga. The musician who is all set to celebrate his birthday in Amsterdam shared why spending his birthday while working can be both challenging and rewarding. As the singer blew candles on June 2, he has decided to spend his special day in a different way working on his new music along with his wife Aishwarya Bhandari Puranik, his singer friend Rahul Vaidya and his other close friends and famliy. Shreyas Puranik revealed how does it feel to working on challenging
Shreyas shared, “Spending my birthday working, can be both challenging and rewarding. While it might seem unconventional to some, I find a unique inspiration in composing music on my special day. There’s a certain depth and emotion that I bring to my compositions when I’m in that birthday mindset.”
Although he has a heavy work schedule he ensures that his birthday doesn’t go uncelebrated. As he noted,”In spite of my work schedule, I always ensure that I carve out some time for celebration. Whether it’s a small gathering with close friends and family or a quiet dinner with my loved ones, this year it will be my wife and my friend Rahul Vaidya and just our close people. I believe it’s important to mark the occasion and create cherished memories.”
Shreyas continues, “ as for traditions, my wife and I often exchange heartfelt gifts and enjoy indulging in some of our favorite treats.”
It isn’t surprising to see so caught up in his work since this year has been a golden area for the musician. Puranik who gained immense popularity for Animal’s ‘Satranga’ is set to make a blockbuster comeback with his music once again. As for his work in front, he is collaborating with Karan Johar for the upcoming Dhadak 2.
Looking at his blooming success and previous hit musical endeavors it isn’t wrong to say that fans are eagerly waiting for his upcoming works.
Shreyas has also been awarded with Filmfare R.D Burman Award for upcoming music talent at the 69th Filmfare Awards.
