The Stranger Things actor is proudly coming out as Gay with a TikTok video on Jan. 5. Noah revealed how his friends and family are unfazed about his sexuality.
In the video, The Stranger Things star lip sync with the sound, “You know what it never was? That serious. It was never that serious. Quiet frankly, it will never be that serious.” onscreen He wrote, “When I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared in the closet for 18 years and all they said was ‘we know.’
The 18-year-old alum captioned the post by quoting referring to his Stranger Things character Will Byes since its 2016 debut, “I guess I’m more like Will than I thought.”
As the Character Will byes comes out to be Gay and have feelings for Mike, played by Finn Wolfhard in the fourth season of the series.
Throughout the seasons, fans have their own theory that Will is gay, with Noah previously voicing his hope that Will will have a confrontation scene about his sexuality in the show’s final season.
So, did that mean Noah know what the Duffer Brothers have in mind?
The Stranger Things star told Variety in July, “I’m always spoiling stuff, so they will never share anything with me. They’re still working it out, but they have their end goal.”
Recently, Noah teased the ending of the hit series, suggesting that fans will not be disappointed with what they get.
He told Forbes on Dec. 26, “I think they did a great job with Will’s character this season, and beautifully addressed everything they needed to. The way they closed the show is just perfect—the story started with Will, and it’ll end with Will.”
