Leah Messier is on the way to healing from her breakup with fiancé Jaylan Mobley. The Teen Mom 2 star shared this update two months after her separation from Jaylan Mobley. The couple announced the saddening news on Instagram in October by declaring they will be parting ways after dating for more than a year. Here are some detailed updates!

In October, Leah Messier called it quits with her fiancé Jaylan Mobley by sharing a joint statement. But throughout the months the Teen Mom 2 alum was very private about his fallen relationship.
However, in a recent comment posted on Dec. 21 in People magazine Messier explained, “The beginning of my breakup, it was difficult. But there’s a healing process, there’s a grieving process after any breakup. You form an attachment with someone and a connection, and you get to grieve that if that relationship doesn’t align.”
She also shared, “But I’m excited to spend the holidays with my daughters and continue to do what we do as a family.”
The Teen Mom star has 13-year-old twins Aliannah “Ali” Hope Simms and Aleeah Grace Simms with ex-husband Corey Simms, with whom she appeared on the Teen Mom franchise’s predecessor, 16 and Pregnant.
Leah also has a 9-year-old daughter Adalynn “Addie” Faith Calvert with her second ex-husband, Jeremy Calvert, whom she divorced in 2015.
The pair had announced their relationship in September 2021 after the MTV star posted a PDA photo with the United States Army officer on Instagram with a romantic beachside proposal in August. They were engaged two months before the split.
Leah assured her fans by stating she’s “doing great” since her breakup by quoting, “I think it’s so important that we take time out for ourselves,” she added, “and have a good support system and your friends.
