Zendaya paid tribute to Euphoria co-star Angus Cloud after his untimely demise. Could, who is only 25, passed away on July 31st. The actor’s family shared that he has been struggling with mental health. However, they haven’t revealed the cause of death. But his mother reportedly called 911 for a possible overdose. Cloud played the role of Fez who was the drug dealer of Zendaya’s character Rue in the HBO series. Moreover, on August 1 the actress shared an Instagram post honoring her late friend.
Zendaya said she’ll cherish every moment with Cloud
The 26-year-old shared a photo of the late actor where she wrote, “Words are not enough to describe the infinite beauty that is Angus (Conor). I’m so grateful I got the chance to know him in this life, to call him a brother, to see his warm kind eyes and bright smile, or hear his infectious cackle of a laugh (I’m smiling now just thinking of it).”
Moreover, she added, “I know people use this expression often when talking about folks they love…’ they could light up any room they entered. But boy let me tell you, he was the best at it. I’d like to remember him that way. For all of the boundless light, love, and joy he always managed to give us. I’ll cherish every moment.”
The Dune star then ended the post by writing, “My heart is with his mother and family at this time and please be kind and patient as grief looks different for everyone.”
Prior to her, other Euphoria cast and crew paid tribute to the rising star. Iris Apatow who played Lexi, Barbie Ferreira who played Kat, Sam Levinson, Chloe Cherry, Storm Reid, Eric Dane, Javon Walton, Lukas Gage, and Alexa Demi also paid tribute to the actor.
Needless to say, his sudden death spread a sheet of grief in the film industry.
